When you're getting hungry and wondering what to make for dinner, try this 20 Minute Tex Mex Chicken Skillet! It's a quick and easy dinner the whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cups chicken (cubed)
- 4oz cream cheese
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cup corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- cilantro, sour cream, guacamole (for garnish, if desired)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Add oil to a large, deep skillet and sautee chicken sprinkled with seasonings over medium high heat until cooked through. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add all remaining ingredients except the garnishes, and stir to combine. Once everything is hot, add garnishes and serve! |
