Copycat Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Peanut butter cups are the best, am I right? These bars taste just like a Reese’s peanut butter cup in bar form – because I am the queen of bars 😉 I took them one step further, and dressed them up for Valentine’s Day. Of course, you could use any color(s) you want to suit whatever holiday or special occasion you are celebrating!

Valentine's Day Dessert - No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Bars!

Who could resist that smooth, creamy peanut butter layer topped with rich, luscious chocolate?! I divided  this pan of deliciousness in half, and drizzled white chocolate over one half and sprinkled them with red M&M’s – they’re Valentine’s Day friendly without being over the top cutesy 😉

Copycat Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Bars

The other half of the pan was left as is, in pure chocolate peanut butter heaven. I made a version of these bars for my cookbook that involves Oreos…one of the best things I’ve eaten in all of my life!!!

Brownies, Blondies, and Bars

Go make a pan now, you can thank me later 🙂

OH, girl, I think you’ve just made the day for my fellow housemates here in the boarding house I live in! None of them cook–none of the nice tenants cook, that is–but they love treats, so I think this will be their “once a month” treat that I try to give them each month. Looks really easy, economical, and DELICIOUS! Thank you for posting it!!

Hi Irene! Different brands of peanut butter vary in how oily they are, I added a note to the recipe for anyone else who may have this issue. If the peanut butter mixture seems dry, mix in more peanut butter before pressing into the pan. I hope you still enjoyed them!
