This Low Carb Keto Cheesy Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner is a 30 minute meal that the whole family will enjoy - whether you're eating low carb or not! Skip the cheese for a dairy free option.

- 1 lb Kielbasa sliced
- 4 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 425*
Add all ingredients (except the cheese) to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly with oil and seasonings.
Pour onto a greased sheet pan in a single layer. Cook for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted (2 minutes or so).
