Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Kielbasa sliced
  • 4 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425*
  • Add all ingredients (except the cheese) to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly with oil and seasonings.
  • Pour onto a greased sheet pan in a single layer. Cook for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted (2 minutes or so).
