- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- zest of one lemon optional
Preheat oven to 350
In a glass bowl heat the butter with the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. Mix in the salt, lemon juice, and eggs until incorporated. Stir in flour until well combined.
