These Fudgy Lemon Brownies are soft and fudgy and are bursting with bright lemon flavor! If you like lemon bars, you will love these!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • zest of one lemon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a glass bowl heat the butter with the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  • Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. Mix in the salt, lemon juice, and eggs until incorporated. Stir in flour until well combined.

  • Spread batter into a greased 8" pan. Bake for 25-28 minutes.
    Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
    *Add lemon zest for an extra boost of lemon flavor!
