I love quick and easy dinners like this Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole. It's a creamy, hearty version of one of the most loved soups of all time!

Ingredients
  

Casserole

  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 8 oz carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste

Topping

  • 1 cup French fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Saute the celery, carrots, and onion with 1 TBSP of oil over medium heat until they start to soften (about 12 minutes).
  • In a large bowl stir together the cooked veggies, chicken, spaghetti, soup, chicken stock, and salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
  • Bake covered at 350* for 25 minutes. Uncover and top with french fried onions and bake 10 minutes more.
