Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large bowl cream together butter, sugars, and cocoa powder until fluffy.
  • Mix in eggs one at a time.
  • Gradually add in salt, baking soda, corn starch, and flour until well combined.
  • Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 minutes. Allow to sit for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before moving to racks to cool. Store at room temperature in a sealed container.
