This easy Butterfinger Cheesecake Brownies Recipe makes rich, fudgy brownies, layered with smooth, creamy cheesecake, topped with Butterfinger candy!

Brownies
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
Cheesecake
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Butterfinger baking bits
Topping
- 3/4 cup Butterfinger Baking Bits
- 1/3 cup hot fudge warmed
Brownies
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder.
Add sugar, brown sugar, and salt, and whisk until well combined.
Mix in eggs, one at a time until fully incorporated.
Stir in flour just until combined.
Spread batter into a greased 9x13" pan and set aside.
Cheesecake
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth and light.
Add vanilla and egg and mix just until combined.
Stir in Butterfingers, then carefully spread cheesecake layer over brownie batter.
Top batter with remaining Butterfingers and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheesecake is set up but still slightly jiggly.
Allow to cool, then cover and chill at least 4 hours.If desired, drizzle with hot fudge before serving.
