Butterfinger Cheesecake Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  

Brownies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

Cheesecake

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Butterfinger baking bits

Topping

  • 3/4 cup Butterfinger Baking Bits
  • 1/3 cup hot fudge warmed

Instructions
 

Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder.
  • Add sugar, brown sugar, and salt, and whisk until well combined.
  • Mix in eggs, one at a time until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in flour just until combined.
  • Spread batter into a greased 9x13" pan and set aside.

Cheesecake

  • In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth and light.
  • Add vanilla and egg and mix just until combined.
  • Stir in Butterfingers, then carefully spread cheesecake layer over brownie batter.
  • Top batter with remaining Butterfingers and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheesecake is set up but still slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool, then cover and chill at least 4 hours.
    If desired, drizzle with hot fudge before serving.
