This is the Best Banana Cake ever! Easy to make, and so moist and fluffy! The chocolate chips and cream cheese frosting put it over the top!

Cake
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1/4 cup oil I use avocado oil
- 2 lg bananas mashed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Frosting
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Cake
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl beat together the butter, oil, banana, and sugar.
Add the egg, vanilla and salt and mix well.
Add the milk and sour cream until well bended.
Carefully mix in the flour and baking powder just until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean or with a few crumbs.
Allow to cool at least 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
