- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup plain M&M's
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, salt, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Add oats and mix well.
Mix in baking powder, baking soda, and flour until well incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
Drop by 2 TBS scoops onto a silicone baking mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet, about 2" apart.
Bake 9-10 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool a few minutes before transferring from cookie sheet to a cooling rack.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
