So, I know it’s not quite fall yet, but is there ever really a bad time for cinnamon desserts?
You guys, these are so good! They are soft and chewy with lots cinnamon spice. The sweet white chocolate chips are the perfect compliment. You won’t be able to stop eating these!
These are similar to snickerdoodle cookies but they are not rolled in cinnamon sugar, the cinnamon is baked inside. Lots of cinnamon 🙂
I think my favorite part about these cookies is the aroma that fills the whole house while they are baking. My goodness, it’s heavenly! I think I need to look into getting a candle made from that fragrance!
 These are the perfect lunchbox treat, or after school snack. They also go beautifully with a nice cup of tea (or coffee)!
I know it’s early BUT you might want to add these to your list of Christmas cookies to make this year. I do love cinnamon at Christmas time!
I don’t care what the occasion is – any day is a good day for a cookie!

Just made these for the first time and they are amazing! The sweetness of the white chocolate and cinnamon together almost reminds me of a cinnamon roll in cookie form! Delicious! Will definitely be making these again sometime.
