I have made it my mission to create more no bake pie recipes this summer. I mean, I’ll still share things like these Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Lime Cheesecake Bars, and obviously recipes like The Best Creamy Pasta Salad (with lots of bacon and cheese!!). But your response to my No Bake Butterfinger Cheesecake Pie made it clear you want more PIE! I aim to please 🙂
I got quite a reaction when I shared a photo of my 2 latest no bake pies on my personal Facebook page. Y’all love the pies! As much as I’d love to hand deliver a lovely pie to each of you, I just can’t. So sharing my recipes is the next best thing, right?
As you can see, 3 of my kids eagerly attacked this pie the second I finished my photos (the others were napping and at a friends house). The one in the black shirt is my mint lover. He request mint EVERYTHING every time we bake. I made this pie for him!
Oreos are always coming out with new flavors, but mint will always be tops for me. They made the perfect crust and topping for this pie too. I always have Andes mints on had for my mint loving son, and they were so delightful in this pie, and made such a pretty presentation around the edges.
I really hope you try this recipe! It’s super easy to make, and there’s no baking required! It would also be awesome for Christmas dessert! Not that I’m already thinking about Christmas…
Enjoy!

Can I just say how impressed I am that your kiddos love mint. So many kids don’t. It’s cool to see them chowing down on this. I love this recipe. It’s all my favourite things in one pie.

I’m a total sucker for mint and chocolate together… like, seriously, do not leave me alone with a bag of Andes mints unless you it to disappear. 🙂
I haven’t seen mint Oreos up here in Canada yet (whomp whomp), but I’ll definitely keep an eye out the next time I’m visiting the US!
