Raspberry Oreo Truffle Crack
Rich chocolate and raspberry oreo truffle bark. Fast and easy to make in just a few minutes!
- 1 Package Oreos
- 1 teaspoon raspberry extract
- 8oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12oz chocolate (can use chocolate chips, almond bark, or any bar of your favorite chocolate)
- 12oz white chocolate (can use white chocolate chips, almond bark, or any bar of your favorite white chocolate)
- red sprinkles
|Oreo Truffle Filling|
|In a food processor, pulse the oreos until they are small crumbs. Add the cream cheese and raspberry extract and pulse until well combined. Set aside.|
|Line a 9x13" pan with wax paper. |
Melt chocolate in a bowl according to package instructions, and spread in the bottom of the pan. Freeze for 5 minutes. Spread the truffle filling over the chocolate.
|White Chocolate Laye|
|Melt white chocolate according to package instructions and spread over oreo truffle filling. Immediately add sprinkles and chill until set.|
|Once set, remove from pan and cut or break into pieces. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.|
