Everyone loves a hot breakfast in the morning, right? And we all know how important it is to eat lots of protein. The problem most of us have is we don’t have the time to cook up a hot, protein filled breakfast for our families everyday.

I found my breakfast bowls at Walmart in the freezer section. They had 2 varieties to choose from – I bought both 🙂 I really enjoyed the bacon, egg, and cheese one. The best part? I had a big breakfast for my whole family on the table in less that 4 minutes! Can’t beat that!
I loaded up on lots of fresh fruit to enjoy with the bread bowls. Me and my little ones are fruit fanantics, so I made sure to get a nice variety and just let everyone pick what they wanted that morning.
It really was a tasty, well rounded meal and we all enjoyed it!

Oooh, I haven’t seen these before, but they look like something my kiddo would actually EAT! We’re so rushed during the work week getting out the door and to summer camp, so I love that these are so quick – perfect!
