Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Cookie Cups
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Cookie Cups are an easy, delicious, and festive fall treat! Perfect dessert for Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas or just because!
- 1 Batch chocolate chip cookie dough
- 6oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
|Preheat oven to 350 |
Roll cookie dough into 1 1/2 - 2" balls and place in greased or lined mini muffin tins. Bake 8-9 minutes. Press the end of a wooden spoon into cookies making a well for the filling. Do not push all the way through the cookie. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes before removing from tins.
|In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing until creamy and smooth. Pipe into cooled cookie cups. Store covered in the refrigerator.|
