Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Cookie Cups
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Cookie Cups are an easy, delicious, and festive fall treat! Perfect dessert for Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas or just because!

Ingredients

Cookies

  • 1 Batch chocolate chip cookie dough

Filling

  • 6oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Cookies
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Roll cookie dough into 1 1/2 - 2" balls and place in greased or lined mini muffin tins. Bake 8-9 minutes. Press the end of a wooden spoon into cookies making a well for the filling. Do not push all the way through the cookie. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes before removing from tins.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing until creamy and smooth. Pipe into cooled cookie cups. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Thank you for a great recipe! I tried is at Christmas and replaced the pumpkin kisses with green and red m&m’s with a little melted white chocolate to “glue” them to the top. This is a great versatile recipe to fit any occasion
