Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola made in the Crock Pot

A few weeks ago I introduced you to the gloriousness that is slow cooker granola! If you haven’t tried it yet, do it now! It is so easy and gets nice and toasty just like if you made it in the oven! And you just can’t beat the wonderful aroma that will fill your house as it cooks!

Slow Cooker Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola

Granola has become my go-t0 breakfast and snack, and all of my kids love it too! A batch of this will last us about a week. We eat it like cereal with milk, sprinkle some on yogurt, and eat it by the handfuls! I added craisins and raisins to this batch because that’s what I had on hand. And I’m obsessed with cinnamon, so I had to add cinnamon chips too. My kids couldn’t keep their hands out of this…and neither could I!

If you don’t have a slow cooker, or are in need of a new one, this is one that I love and use all the time.

I hope you give this a try and love it as much as we do!

I am not ashamed to admit that I want to shove my face right into that bowl with my hands tied behind my back! Wow! THIS idea just may make me get a slow cooker, lol!

Dear Stephanie, I have never ever thought to use my slow cooker to make granola. what a great idea. Doesn’t heat up the house and I know it must use less power too. (Yes, I’m the turn off the light grinch at our house.) Your granola looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it. We have a lot of granola lovers in our house!!!!
