Funfetti White Chocolate Brownies
Serves 16
Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time 28 minutes
Total time 43 minutes
These Funfetti White Chocolate Brownies taste like funfetti cake with the fudgy, chewy texture of a brownie! These are so fun and make a perfect party treat!

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter (very soft)
  • 8oz white chocolate
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
In a glass bowl melt the white chocolate according to package instructions. Once melted and smooth stir in the softened butter. Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. Mix in the salt, vanilla, and eggs until incorporated. Stir in flour until well combined. Carefully mix in sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Spread batter into a greased 8" pan and add a few extra sprinkles on top if desired. Bake for 28 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

I made these once as the recipe shows and they were so good! Now i’m going to make them on SuperBowl Sunday with only blue sprinkles to follow our NE Patriots theme!

The suggested bake time was a little off for my oven. I had to bake for probably another 20 minutes and they were still runny, but the tops were starting to get pretty dark. After letting the brownies sit overnight they hardened (still super gooey on the inside) and they were awesome!

i cooked only 28 minutes as your recipe says and the brownie needed 10 minutes more, because it was almost raw, not to mention that my blondie was most likely to be quite too much tanned hahahaha
    any tip on that?

Hi Laura! All ovens are different, and mine seem to be just right after 28 minutes. If more time is needed you could always cover the bars with foil to keep them from browning. Hope that helps!

I wonder if I could double the recipe and put in a 9×13 pan, or if they would be too thick to bake properly….
