Funfetti White Chocolate Brownies
These Funfetti White Chocolate Brownies taste like funfetti cake with the fudgy, chewy texture of a brownie! These are so fun and make a perfect party treat!
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter
- 6 oz white chocolate
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*
- In a glass bowl melt the white chocolate and butter in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring after each one until melted and smooth.
- Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Mix in the salt, vanilla, and eggs until incorporated.
- Stir in flour until well combined.
- Carefully mix in sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Spread batter into a greased 8" pan and add a few extra sprinkles on top if desired.
- Bake for 28 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
