Eggnog Cookies with Hershey Kisses - a new soft and chewy christmas cookie tradition!

You guys! These cookies are going to be a new tradition in our family. They are SO good, even my eggnog hating husband loved them! The combination of eggnog and chocolate is simply dreamy! One of these cookies fresh from the oven, all melty and warm is impossible to resist!

Easy Eggnog Cookies for Christmas

This was my second attempt at making these cookies. I had my mind set on this idea, and I was determined to make it work. It’s a tricky balance when adding liquids to cookie dough, The first batch, while delicious, was flat, flat, flat. So I got back in the kitchen and with just a couple minor tweaks I achieved exactly what I was hoping for. These are amazing. I hope you give them a try this Christmas season!

These look fantastic. A hint for you, freeze the kisses before putting them in cookies. They won’t melt into Google as much.

Just wanted everyone to know that this recipe works with Silk Almond Nog. I’m vegan so I don’t drink eggnog. I gave the recipe a whirl, did the exact same measurements just with almond nog!

    They came out super delicious!

These will be a holiday staple from now on. Thank you!

These are absolutely adorable. I love blossom cookies. The flavours in these are awesome. My dad was a huge eggnog lover. I used to make him eggnog everything.
