This Easy Christmas Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe is so fun and festive, and takes just 3 ingredients to make! Perfect recipe for a Christmas cookie exchange!
Big thanks to Jewel-Osco for sponsoring this post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are all mine!
Hands down, peanut butter and chocolate is my favorite flavor combination!
These are probably the easiest cookies ever to make and decorate, and they are SO good! Especially if you’re like me and find chocolate and peanut butter desserts irresistible!
I make so many candies and desserts this time of year that I tend to steer clear of anything too time consuming or complicated.
I just want to enjoy being in the kitchen with my kids and husband making goodies for our friends and family to enjoy! These cookies definitely fit the bill!
I recently had the opportunity to attend an event for Jewel-Osco and sample and cook with lots of products from their O Organics® line (which, by the way, is the country’s largest organics food line!).
It was so neat meeting the people behind these stores and products and seeing their passion for what they do. They genuinely care so much about their customers, and offer the best organic foods I’ve ever had!
I was genuinely so impressed by the quality and taste of these products. The bittersweet chocolate chunks that I used in this recipe are now a favorite in this house.
My husband almost ate the whole bag before I had a chance to bake with them! If you like dark chocolate, you have to try these. They are honestly the best I have tried and they melt so beautifully too! I see dark chocolate truffles in my future 🙂
You can find the full line of O Organics® foods exclusively at your local Jewel-Osco or at any of the Albertsons Companies family of stores. Remember to use the Jewel-Osco savings tool app to see what’s on sale, and make your life easier by taking advantage of their grocery delivery service. LOVE that they offer that!
If you know me even a little, it’s no surprise that the first thing in my cart when I got home (after the chocolate) was the O Organics® peanut butter! I love that it’s no-stir so you don’t have that layer of oil on top. It’s perfect for baking with…and eating with a spoon…with a couple chocolate chunks on top 😉
When you make a recipe like these Easy Christmas Peanut Butter Cookies, and only a few ingredients are involved, you want to use high quality items. It makes a big difference in the taste of the final product!
I can’t wait for you to make these for all of your holiday cookie trays. Enjoy!
