If you are like me, mornings can be hectic. There isn’t a lot of time for cooking up a hot breakfast everyday, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have one!! This Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich is a great easy breakfast idea on those busy days! Easy Breakfast Sandwich with Protein - great for busy mornings!

I have a confession to make. Most days my kids eat cereal for breakfast. Yep, me, the one who loves to cook and bake, the one who loves doing everything from scratch, the one who made all of my children’s baby food… I hardly ever make breakfast!! Sure, there are days where I cook eggs and bacon. And, yes, there are mornings when the kids want pancakes and I happily make them some. But honestly, most days it’s just not happening.

Jimmy Dean Croissant for breakfast

I have to believe I am not the only one like this, right? Now even on those days when you don’t have much time, you can still give your family a hot breakfast full of protein! These Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissants only take a couple minutes to heat up, and they will be met with huge smiles from your hungry family! Croissant Breakfast Sandwich with Fruit Salad

My husband almost always has a box of Jimmy Dean sandwiches in the freezer. And you can be sure that every time he heats one up, he is surrounded by little ones all wanting a bite! It doesn’t even matter if they just ate 🙂 Maybe I need to give these to my kids more often. The 12 grams of protein in these sandwiches is a whole lot more than they are getting from a bowl of cereal. And who wouldn’t rather have a hot, hearty breakfast during these frigid months verses another bowl of cold cereal? I need all the help I can get warming up. These below freezing temps have me daydreaming about the topics and hot beaches…there I go again 🙂 Easy Breakfast Idea - Croissant Sandwich! SO great for busy mornings!

I think I will surprise my kids again tomorrow morning with these croissant sandwiches! It will be a great way to send my daughter off to kindergarten, and they will give my boys the extra protein they need to be proper superheroes! It takes a lot of muscle to fight crime, you know!

Find out more about other Jimmy Dean products on their website, and connect with them on Facebook!

What’s your favorite way to start the day off right? Tell me in the comments for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card. GOOD LUCK!!

My favorite way is to be able to sit with the kids and talk about what has been going on over a nice hot breakfast, That doesn’t happen as often as I would like with my work schedule. Being a single dad raising 5 children, it is nice to have moments to just be together

My daughter is in training so I keep a box their links in the freezer at all times. She eats protein every morning, usually bacon and sausage. I just stare at her in wonder over the amount of protein she can consume in one day. Love the idea of a sandwich for a new spin. We always have fresh fruit in the morning too. I could eat fruit for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Although breakfast is the first meal of the day there is no official rule that states you actually have to eat what has become known as “breakfast food”. I eat whatever is in the refrigerator or the kitchen. It may look like your customary breakfast on some days, peanut butter toast, oatmeal, fruit, pancakes, etc… but more often it looks like leftovers (rice, squash, chicken) etc…, or a meat and cheese sandwich. Pretty much anything that spots my eye and is quick to warm up or make. 🙂

I start my day out with coffee and usually don’t eat breakfast but I love sausage biscuits or hard-boiled eggs when I do.

I’ve been enjoying poached eggs lately. So easy to make and my kids love them too. Lots of protein to keep them focused throughout the day.

My favorite way to start the day off right is some granola and juice for breakfast, then a walk with my dogs.

I love Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and I have them with my family a lot! I like to start off the day with a hot cup of coffee, fruit, yogurt and an egg sandwich.

I am the same over here. Breakfast is something I do not go over the top for (probably because I do not want to be taking photos for the blog so early in the morning!) Homemade pancakes seem to be our quick treat, but a lot of times it is yogurt!

My family is a mess if we don’t eat a good breakfast in the morning…crabby, unfocused, etc. We like to fuel up for the day with scrambled eggs wraps or yogurt parfaits.

Easy & Breakfast – those words belong together! And a high protein breakfast lasts so much longer than those marshmallow filled cereals too.
