Cherry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Blondies

Cherry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Blondies

Cherry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Blondies
Cherry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Blondies are the ultimate easy dessert! Chewy blondie, creamy cheesecake, fresh cherries, and chocolate - a dreamy combo!

Ingredients

Blondies

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups all purpose flour

Cheesecake

  • 8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Topping

  • 1 1/2 cup fresh cherries (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Blondies
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs, salt, and vanilla and mix well. Add baking powder and flour and mix until combined. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan and set aside.
Cheesecake
Step 2
In a clean mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and mix until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips and pour evenly over blondie layer.
Topping
Step 3
Sprinkle cheesecake with cherries and chocolate chips. Bake on center rack for 30 minutes or until slightly jiggly but not wet in the center. Let cool to room temp then cover and chill at least 3 hours before cutting into squares.

    Your boys are just precious and I bet they are all lined up waiting! I have the same problem when I bake something and I have to quickly take some photos before their getting their hands on a slice of whatever it is I made! A lovely way to enjoy this season’s cherries!
