This Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole is one of those recipes that you will make over and over again. It’s great any night of the week, and it’s especially wonderful as a holiday side dish. Everyone will go back for seconds of these!
Lately my husband has been a little obsessed with these potatoes. Every time I make them he says “You know, you can make these as often as you want. I won’t get sick of them”. It’s totally true, too. I made this recipe 3 times in 3 weeks and each time he was all excited about it! The kids love it too. One of my twins, who is 2, just nods his head saying “mmmmm” when he eats them 🙂 It’s safe to say this recipe is a crowd pleaser!
I went to Walmart the other day and picked up another bag of Ore Ida hash browns so I could make this casserole. Again 😉 They are having in store demos at participating Walmart locations that will take place November 30th and December 1st, so go check it out! See the special Disney packaging? Disney’s Frozen sweepstakes is going on now and they are giving away tons of awesome prizes! Make sure you enter! There will also be a Twitter Party on 11/27 at 11am EST, check it out!
If you are still wondering what side dish to make to bring to your holiday gathering – look no further! This creamy, cheesy casserole is something that everyone will love. Even the leftovers are good 🙂
