I made this the other night for my boyfriend and I and we loved it! I double the sauce… Because in my opinion you can’t have too much sauce… And it was perfect. There’s enough for three meals so the next night we ate it over biscuits and it was even better! The last meal with afros and plan on adding bacon and eggs to it for a breakfast meal. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for posting!

Lol…should say ‘last meal I froze’…not ‘with afros”!

This is wonderful, with great flavor. I made more sauce and added egg noodles for a Cordon Bleu kind of casserole.

I LOVE this recipe – I’m a huge fan of Chicken Cordon Bleu – but love the simplicity of the same great flavors in a casserole! Genius!

I love chicken and ham together (left over from the chicken cordon bleu my mum used to prepare), so this easy bake sounds like the perfect comfort food to me.
