I love a good caramel apple, don’t you?
When I found these caramel apple Milky Ways, I just had to buy them.
Caramel apples = good. Milky Ways = good. Caramel apple Milky Ways = good!
After testing a few of these little candy bars, I knew exactly what I wanted to make with them.
Gooey, chewy, caramel apple spice cookies. These, my friends, were real winners.
This recipe makes a small batch…that may or may not be because me and my daughter had a hard time saving the candy for the batter. Whoops! Feel free to double it if you have more self control than we did. 🙂

These cookies are amazing! I just made some and the taste is unbelievable! They did however spread very thin and did not come off the pan. I will try them again but refrigerate the dough before baking.
