Candy Cane Fluff Brownies are a winning combination of light, creamy peppermint fluff with rich, chewy fudge brownies! A perfect, easy Christmas dessert!
I’m telling you right now, this is one dessert that is really hard to resist! If you or someone you know loves brownies, you just have to try these! There is nothing quite like homemade brownies, but top them with candy cane fluff? Resistance is futile…
Just look at these rich, fudgy, chewy, chocolate brownies! Is there anything better??
In my cookbook (there’s still time to get it before Christmas!!) I have a recipe for Oreo Mousse Brownies. They are my daughters absolute favorite. She asked for them for her birthday instead of cake! Well, these Candy Cane Fluff Brownies are a spin on those, and now these are a favorite of my son who loves all things mint!
These would be so perfect to make for a Christmas party. They are super easy to make, and everyone will love them!

Could I replace the cool whip in the recipe with fluff or freshly whipped cream? Just can’t stand the taste of it

That would be fantastic! I wanted to use Andy’s peppermint crunch bits, but have not been able to find them this year. The mint will be wonderful, enjoy!
