Best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies EVER

These are the Best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies ever! I promise! They are soft and chewy - not cakey like so many other recipes. You will LOVE these!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Add the pumpkin, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and mix well. Add the baking soda and powder and mix. Add flour and mix just until combined. Stir in chips and toffee. | |

Drop by 2 TBS scoops onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, 2" apart. Bake 7-8 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a sealed container. |
