3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies {Gluten Free} are super simple to make and they are the best peanut butter cookies I’ve ever had! These are a Must Make!!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies - Just 3 ingredients, and these are the best peanut butter cookies ever!!

Today I have an incredibly easy recipe for old fashioned chewy peanut butter cookies.

This recipe requires only 3 ingredients, and I bet you already have them on hand. As an added bonus, these cookies are gluten free!!

3 Ingredient Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies **Gluten Free** @BackForSeconds #easy #glutenfree #m&m's #glutenfreecookies

Of course, with Valentine’s Day around the corner I had to dress these up a bit.  If you add the chocolate and M&M’s like I did you will be up to 5 ingredients. Whew, I hope you can handle that. Luckily they will remain gluten free, so go ahead and load them up with chocolate!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies - Just 3 simple ingredients, and these are the best peanut butter cookies ever!!!

My birthday is next week and so is Valentine’s Day, and since I heart you all so much I have some fun giveaways coming!! Check back Tuesday during the Back For Seconds Social for Giveaway #1.

Now go make these peanut butter cookies for someone you love 🙂

Are they suppose to be soft or crunchy

Somewhere in between 🙂 They are nice and chewy! If baked too long they will be crunchy, and if underbred they will be soft. So you can tweak baking time to yield the results you are looking for. Enjoy!

          LOVE THIS RECIPE!

Great additions, I’ve found, are: topping with turbanado sugar mixed with cinnamon, cinnamon chips mixed in, and caramel chips mixed in with a bit of sea salt on top. All so good!

Yes, I use stevia or any brand with a 1:1 ratio. Additionally I added approx 1/8-1/4 almond flour just for the texture. They turned out wonderful. I supply low carb no fat treats fe different groups if ladies that play ards every week. They are R&D Ladies.

Made these tonight for my grandsons. All I can say is WOW! Huge hit! The only thing I would change is adding a touch of vanilla flavoring. Will try that next go round. Granted if it works the cookies will then be 4 ingriedents, but still super easy to make. YUM!

It can be, depending on the kind of peanut butter you use.

I found if you let the batter sit for just a minute after you combine the ingredients, it’s not nearly as sticky. Makes making the fork marks easier 🙂

      Happy Baking!

Could you substitute normal sugar with coconut sugar or does that change the consistency??
