Well, it’s 90 degrees and humid outside, but I still want pumpkin everything. What’s a girl to do? This situation calls for lots of no bake snacks and desserts! These No Bake Muddy Buddy Crack Cookies have been wildly popular, and I knew it was the perfect time to remake them with a pumpkin spice twist!
These cookies take 15 minutes max, from start to finish (plus the chill time). All it takes is a handful of ingredients, a bowl, and a spoon, and in no time you will have a crunchy and sweet pumpkin spice treat. You won’t be able to keep your hands off of them!
These make a great party snack to much on as you mingle, and they would also me a nice addition to your holiday dessert spread (Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here before you know it!). Toss a few spooky sprinkles in the mix, and they make an awesome Halloween treat, too!
Another one of our favorite pumpkin no bake desserts is this Pumpkin Pie Oreo Cheesecake Fluff! A super scrumptious quick and easy treat that doesn’t involve an oven (in case it’s crazy hot where you live too!).
Enjoy!

Hi, Can’t wait to try this. However, is there a substitute to use for the peanut butter for those that have allergies?
Thank you for your time!
