We love tacos in this house, and we also love seafood. Enter: Fish Tacos!
These aren’t your ordinary fish tacos, either. They have a creamy avocado sauce, a chili corn salsa, and feta cheese crumbles…mmmm! The best part? They take less than 30 minutes to make. Shazam!
I went shopping for the fixins and bought these Van de Kamp’s Fish Fillets to make things easier. I knew I wanted to make a corn salsa, so I picked up some Birds Eye yellow and white frozen corn. An avocado, sour cream, tortillas, and some spices later, I was home and ready to get cooking!
This is such an easy meal to make and it’s really yummy too! My whole family was pestering me about when they could eat! I got 6 tiny thumbs up from my babies, and 2 thumbs up from the mister. These were a hit with everyone!
