The texture is a cross between cheesecake and mousse. It is smooth and creamy yet rich and dense. The intense chocolate flavor is perfect for all my fellow chocoholics out there.

Skinny 4 Ingredient Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
|Prep time||2 hours|
|Meal type||Dessert, Snack|
|Misc||Gourmet, Pre-preparable, Serve Cold|
- 8oz fat free cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 5 packets Nectresse (or other zero calorie sweetner)
- 2 tablespoons honey
|In medium bowl mix all ingredients very well with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into 4 small glasses and cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.|
