RAINBOW Chocolate Chip Blondies are soft, chewy, and so much fun! The colorful sprinkles make these perfect for spring time, Easter, or birthday parties!

Ingredients
  

Blondies

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/34 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Topping

  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

Blondies

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Add the salt and vanilla and mix well.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Add baking powder and flour and mix just until combined.
  • Stir in 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips.
  • Spread into a greased 13x9" pan.
  • Remove lid from marshmallow fluff and heat for 15 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls over blondies and spread evenly over blondies with a knife.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle on remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips and sprinkles and bake 2 more minutes.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Store tightly covered.
