RAINBOW Chocolate Chip Blondies are soft, chewy, and so much fun! The colorful sprinkles make these perfect for spring time, Easter, or birthday parties!

- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/34 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Topping
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- rainbow sprinkles
Blondies
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar.
Add the salt and vanilla and mix well.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add baking powder and flour and mix just until combined.
Stir in 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips.
Spread into a greased 13x9" pan.
Remove lid from marshmallow fluff and heat for 15 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls over blondies and spread evenly over blondies with a knife.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle on remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips and sprinkles and bake 2 more minutes.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Store tightly covered.
