Brownie Layer
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 5 oz Milky Way candy bars chopped
Cheesecake Layer
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz Milky Way candy bars chopped
Brownie Layer
Preheat oven to 350
In a large glass bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Stir in sugars, cocoa powder, and salt until completely combined.
Add eggs and mix one at a time until incorporated.
Stir in flour just until combined.
Spread batter evenly into greased 9x13" baking pan and sprinkle with half of the candy bars. Set aside.
Cheesecake Layer
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until light and creamy.
Add egg and mix just until combined.
Pour over brownies as evenly as possible and gently swirl with a knife.
Top with remaining candy and bake 35 minutes.
Let cool, then cover and chill at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.
