Ingredients
  

Brownies

  • 1 cup butter
  • cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

Frosting

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/4 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large glass bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in sugars and cocoa powders until completely combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time until incorporated.
  • Add salt and vanilla and mix.
  • Stir in flour just until combined.
  • Spread batter evenly into greased 9x13" baking pan.
  • Bake for 22-24 minutes or until tester comes out clean or with fudgy crumbs. Allow to cool completely.

Frosting

  • In a mixing bowl beat butter, sugar, cake mix, vanilla, and 2 tbs milk until smooth.
  • If too thick add more milk 1 tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Stir in half of the sprinkles and spread over cooled brownies. Top with extra sprinkles.
  • Cut into 24 bars.
