- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 tsp water

Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl add pumpkin, eggs, sour cream, and sugar and mix well.
Add nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and mix again.
Slowly add in flour, mixing just until combined.
Spread evenly into a greased loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before adding glaze.
Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and water until smooth. It should have a glue-like consistency. If too thin add more powdered sugar, if too thick add more water. Pour over bread.
