Thick, Soft, Chewy Chocolate Reese’s Cookies

These are the perfect Thick, Soft, Chewy Chocolate Reese's Coconut Cookies! Fudgy bakery style cookies loaded with chocolate, Reese's Pieces, and coconut!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese's Piece
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add egg and salt and mix until combined. Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour, mixing gently until incorporated. Stir in chips, candy, and coconut.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350
Drop by 2 TBS scoops on an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 7-8 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
