Skinny Cannoli Dip

Creamy dreamy cannoli dip without any guilt!
Ingredients
- 1 cup skim ricotta cheese (drain any excess liquid)
- 2 heaped tablespoons fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 packets splenda (or other zero calorie sweetner)
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a small bowl mix together everything except the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with chocolate chips when ready to serve. |

Skinny dipping! That is too funny! I’ll have to give this a try, I love the use of ricotta cheese in a dip. I’ve never had it.

Holy cannoli indeed! This dip is AWESOME, Steph!! After making mini cannolis last summer, I kind of became obsessed with them. A skinny dip I could eat and eat guiltlessly is genius and dangerous, but mostly genius 🙂 and I love the Holy Cannoli Skinny Dip name!!!
