Soft and Chewy M&M Sugar Cookies

These Soft and Chewy M&M Sugar Cookies are so addicting! They are light and buttery, and taste like they came from a bakery. You won't be able to stop at just one!

Ingredients

3oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups mini M&M's

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
In a large mixing bowl cream the cream cheese, butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, and salt and beat until well combined. Add the flour and baking powder until well incorporated, Stir in the M&M's.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. bake 7-9 minutes and let rest on the sheet for a few minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool.
Store cookies in an airtight container.
