S’mores Brownies

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 4 sheets graham crackers (chopped into bite sized pieces)
Topping
- 3 sheets graham crackers (chopped into bite sized pieces)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugars, and cocoa until smooth. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Add salt and flour and stir until combined. Stir in graham crackers. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13" pan and bake 20 minutes to until tester inserted into the center of the pan comes out mostly clean with fudgy crumbs. | |

Immediately sprinkle graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate evenly over the brownies. Turn the oven to broil, and return pan to oven for about 2 minutes. Watch closely and remove as soon as marshmallows are browned to your liking. |
