Ingredients
- 14oz caramels
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- 5oz cream cheese
- coarse sea salt (to taste)

In a glass bowl melt the caramel and milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Heat in 30 second bursts, stirring each time until completely melted and smooth. Allow to cool for a few minutes. | |

Pour caramel into a mixing bowl and beat on high until light - about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat again until light and creamy. Add sea salt to taste. |
