Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola Made in the Crock Pot is an easy, healthy snack or breakfast that will fill your home with the aroma of fresh baked cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cups raisins
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon chips

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, applesauce, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
Step 2
Coat a 4qt slow cooker with non stick cooking spray and add oats. Pour in honey mixture and stir until coated. Place the lid off-set on the cooker to vent it. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours total or until toasted, stirring well every 30 minutes.
