Loaded Baked Potato Soup

2 Tbsp. each bacon and cheese, and 1 Tbsp. onions for topping. Stir remaining bacon, cheese and onions into soup.
Ingredients
- 1lb potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 14oz chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 3 medium slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Microwave potatoes in large glass bowl on HIGH 5 min., stirring halfway through. Stir in broth and milk. Microwave 10 min., stirring halfway through. Carefully smash some of the potatoes with potato masher. | |

Reserve 2 Tbsp. each bacon and cheese, and 1 Tbsp. onions for topping. Stir remaining bacon, cheese and onions into soup. | |

Top with sour cream and remaining green onions, cheese, and bacon. |
