Fudgy nutella brownies cut into festive shapes for Halloween. Use different cookie cutters for holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, ST Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, etc.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cups nutella
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 12oz white chocolate ((can also use candy melts or almond bark))
- sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350* | |

In a large microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Stir in cocoa powder until dissolved completely. | |

Mix in the sugars, nutella, and salt. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Stir in flour mixing just until fully incorporated. | |

Spread batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with fudgy crumbs. | |

Let cool and place pan in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Use cookie cutters to cut brownies into halloween shapes. | |

Melt white chocolate and add coloring as desired. Spread chocolate on brownies as desired making sure to add the sprinkles before the chocolate hardens. |
