- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Different brands of peanut butter vary in how oily they are - if the peanut butter mixture seems dry, mix in more peanut butter before pressing into the pan.
In a large bowl, stir together cracker crumbs, butter, peanut butter, and sugar until well combined. Press dough into a greased 10" square pan. Set aside.
In a glass bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Allow to sit at room temperature until set - about 2 hours. Cut into bars and cover.
*Optional topping*
Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth. Pour into a plastic baggie and snip off the very corner of the bag. Squeeze the bag to drizzle chocolate over bars. Immediately add M&M's. Let dry before storing.
