Cinnamon Chili Chicken Rub
Serves 4-6
Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 18 minutes
Total time 23 minutes
This homemade Cinnamon Chili Chicken Rub is so flavorful and super simple to make. Why buy the packets when it's this easy to make your own seasoning?

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1
Mix all together in a small bowl and rub onto chicken until well coated.
Cook on a grill pan over medium high heat for 9 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink and juices run clear.
Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting for a juicier piece of chicken!
