Chewy White Chocolate Cinnamon Cookies

Chewy White Chocolate Cinnamon Cookies
If you like snickerdoodles you will LOVE these Chewy White Chocolate Cinnamon Cookies!! Perfect for school lunches and a must make for your Christmas tray!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 12oz white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add the salt, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla and mix well. Gradually add the flour, corn starch, and baking soda and mix until well blended. Stir in white chips.
Step 2
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets 2" apart. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Let rest on cookie sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
