Chewy Chocolate Malt Ball Cookies
Serves 48
These Chewy Chocolate Malt Ball Cookies are about to be your new favorite! So chewy, so chocolatey, and full of whoppers malt ball candies! Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1 /2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup roughly chopped malt balls (I used Whoppers)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, oil, and sugars. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add eggs and mix until well combined. Mix in salt, vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder. Gently mix in flour just until incorporated. Stir in chips and malt balls.
Step 2
Drop by 2 TBS scoop onto an ungreased baking sheet (I like to line mine with a silicone baking mat) 2" apart. Bake 7-9 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
