These bite sized cookies are thick, chewy, and loaded with chocolate. Yum!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 12oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350* | |

In a large bowl beat together the butter, sugars, and cocoa until smooth and fluffy. | |

Add in the eggs, one at a time, as well as the vanilla and salt. Mix until combined. | |

Gradually add in the flour and baking soda. When thoroughly mixed, stir in chocolate chips. | |

Roll dough into 1" balls and place on cookie sheets about 1 1/2" apart. Bake for 6 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Store in a sealed container at room temperature. |
