- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Frosting
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoons milk or cream
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350 In a large glass bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in sugars and cocoa powders until completely combined. Add eggs one at a time until incorporated. Add salt and vanilla and mix. Stir in flour just until combined. Spread batter evenly into greased 9x13" baking pan. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until tester comes out clean or with fudgy crumbs. Allow to cool completely. | |

In a mixing bowl beat butter, sugar, cake mix, vanilla, and 2 tbs milk until smooth. If too thick add more milk 1 tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached. Stir in sprinkles. Spread over cooled brownies and top with extra sprinkles if desired. Cut into 24 bars. |
