- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon water

Preheat oven to 350 In a mixing bowl add pumpkin, eggs, sour cream, and sugar and mix well. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and mix again. Slowly add in flour, mixing just until combined. Spread evenly into a greased loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
