Well, kids it’s almost Christmas and I have about 10 more recipes I made and never got around to posting…there’s always next year. I do want to sneak in one last recipe before I sign off for a little Christmas vacation with my family.
Remember these from a couple weeks ago? Well, I saved some of the patties just for today’s recipe. Ohthesearesogood.
You all know by now of my fondness for fudgy brownies, but did you also know that I consider ganache among my favorite foods? It’s true. You’re all shocked, I can tell 🙂
So I got all crazy and layered my favorite brownies with my homemade peppermint patties, and topped the whole thing off with a thick layer of chocolate ganache.
And then the angels sang.
